What is the ‘Transformation Challenge?
The challenge is 12 weeks in duration, starting the week of the 7th January 2019 running until the week of 25th March 2019.
With the Transformation Challenge, ChrysaLISABodyfit will:
Provide measurements, weigh-in and progress photos every 2 weeks, a personalized meal plan every 4 weeks and personalized training plan every 4 weeks
One personal training session per week
In order to enter the Transformation Challenge, at the time of weigh-in on January 7th, your weight will be 145lbs or above and a Body Fat% > 30%
What is the end goal of the ‘Transformation Challenge?
To create a motivated environment to encourage personal transformations and achievements.
The candidate with the most effective combination of inches lost/body fat % reduced will receive 3 free personal training sessions with ChrysaLISABodyfit
If a candidate reduces their overall weight by 10% at the final weigh-in they will receive 1 free personal training session with ChrysaLISABodyfit.
Challenge package (for new ChrysaLISABodyfit clients) – $690, includes all of the above. Additional PT sessions can be purchased if requested (at additional cost).
Client Add-on Package (for current ChrysaLISABodyfit clients) – $150 to join the challenge. Clients can utilize existing sessions as part of the challenge. Additional PT sessions will need to be purchased running through to March25th(at additional cost).
