Qualified in Advanced Personal Training, Ante/Post pregnancy, Core stability and Circuits for over 15 years. Lisa has a Fitness Diploma from the UK and also qualified with American Council of Exercise, so offers diverse training knowledge.
Personal Training sessions are always tailored to the individual because you have your own abilities. So whether you are new to the gym environment or established in the gym, we can meet your requirements and help you achieve your goals.
Consultations, goal setting and physical assessments are always completed and ongoing because regular adaptations are made to ensure progress is achieved.
All of the training packages shown below include monthly body composition checks (measurements, body fat and progress photos).
